The policies listed below are a supplement to our Rules and Regulations.
Adult Supervision
Children 12 and older may visit the club without an adult. Children must be 14 or older to supervise children under the age of 12 before 8 pm. After 8 pm, anyone younger than 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Guests
Guests must sign in with a staff member in the clubhouse upon each visit. The fee is $5.00 per person ($15.00 maximum per family), per day.
All guests are required to have a waiver and release form on file for the present calendar year (season). For guests under the age of 18, this form must be completed by their parent or legal guardian. Each guest requires a separate form. This form may be completed online in advance or at the front desk.
Guests are required to wear a wristband for the duration of their visit.
For more details, see Rules and Regulations: Attendance of Guests.
Glass and Dishware Policy
No member/guest will be allowed to exit the clubhouse into the FFSC grounds with exposed glassware. All glassware must be in coolers to gain access to the property surrounding the pool grounds.
If at any time a member/guest has exposed glass on the surrounding pool property they will be politely asked to put the glassware into a cooler.
If a second request is required it will be followed up with a warning that this will be the final request to secure the glassware in a cooler and in failure to do so the member/guest shall be asked to leave the club immediately. At this time the pool manager on duty and a member of the board shall be made aware of the situation.
If after the second request the member/guest does not secure the glassware into a cooler that member/guest will be asked to leave the club immediately by the manager on duty or a member of the Fairway Farms Board of Directors and their club privileges will be revoked for the remainder of that day.
