Our summer season starts in just 9 days, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back! Attached is our May newsletter, which includes everything you need to know as we get ready for opening day…be sure to give it a read! A few additional reminders:
Member Workday – This Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Help us with the finishing touches and earn guest passes for the summer! In addition to our usual cleanup projects, we’re looking for volunteers to assist with a few special projects, including installing new bathroom partitions and filling cracks on the basketball court. Sign up here!
Swim Team Registration
Have you signed up for the swim team yet? The Fairway Barracudas are excited to kick off another great season! Register here by May 27 to join in the fun!
Update Your eSoft Photos!
Please make sure your household photos are updated in eSoft. All members must have a photo on file by June 4th. Members without a current photo may be denied entry until this requirement is completed. In case you don’t remember how, here are the instructions:
- Under My Account (top banner), select “My Profile”
- Update new family photo: Include only individuals covered by the membership bond.
- Update individual member photos
- Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to submit
