eSoft – Payments & Photos

Please help our staff by ensuring that your account is to date each season! Before the start of the season, please update the following in eSoft:

  • Current Eligible Members on Bond (this will be audited for all bonds throughout the season)
  • Updated contact information
  • Updated photos

How To Activate Membership in eSoft

  1. Visit eSoft and log in.
  2. Select “Membership” from the top menu.
  3. Choose the appropriate membership type for your family and click “Sign Up.”
    1. Active Membership: applies to most bonds
    2. Empty Nest: only for members with EN bond numbers
    3. Past Board Member: for Board Members who completed their term last year
  4. Verify that all individuals listed on your membership are eligible (2 adult bondholders and any unwed children living in your household).
    1. Members over age 18 will be asked to verify residency in accordance with club bylaws.
  5. Select your annual dues payment option –  “Full Payment” or “Payment Plan.”
  6. If you wish to add Associate Member(s), select “Yes” next to “Child Care Pass,” choose the number of passes needed, and enter the names of the pass holders.
  7. Click “Continue to Payment.” On the payment screen, either enter your credit card information or select “I would like to send in a check for my payment” at the bottom of the page.
    1. Members paying by check will not pay the convenience fee
  8. Be sure to check “I agree to Membership Agreement” prior to clicking “Purchase Now.”

For members choosing to pay by check: Your payment must be postmarked by March 15, regardless of when your membership is activated online. Please note that your membership will appear as “Suspended” until payment is received by the Fairway Farms Treasurer.

Updating Family Photos

  1. Under My Account (top banner), select “My Profile”
  2. Update new family photo: Include only individuals covered by the membership bond.
  3. Update individual member photos
  4. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to submit
